Welcome to 3Dstuff.pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of time-limited access to digital 3D model files intended for 3D printing. By purchasing an access pass or downloading digital content, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
All products are digital-only. No physical items will be shipped. After successful payment, your account receives access to downloadable files such as STL, OBJ or similar formats for the period and within the daily download limit displayed for your selected plan.
Access passes are one-time purchases. They expire automatically after the stated access period and do not renew or charge automatically unless this is expressly stated before payment.
2. Digital Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
Where EU, UK or similar consumer law applies, a statutory withdrawal right for digital content may exist before supply begins. At checkout, you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the applicable withdrawal right may be lost once access or downloading begins. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Refund Policy
Because digital access is supplied immediately, all sales become final once access has been activated or any file has been downloaded. We do not provide change-of-mind refunds after digital delivery begins, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are not granted for mistaken purchases, change of mind, unused access time, failure to use a pass before it expires, selection of an unsuitable plan, reaching a disclosed daily download limit, incompatibility with the customer’s hardware or software, or unsatisfactory printing results caused by printer settings, materials, slicing or user error.
We do not guarantee that a model is suitable for a particular printer, material or purpose unless the product page expressly states that guarantee. Refunds may remain available for duplicate charges, failure to provide purchased access, or a material defect that we cannot correct. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. License
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload, exchange, share or commercially exploit the files, modified versions of the files, or access to your account without prior written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for failed prints, damage caused by incorrect printer operation or settings, loss of data, or indirect and consequential losses arising from use of the files. Digital content is provided as described on its product page. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. User Responsibility
- Use suitable software, hardware, materials and safety procedures.
- Understand how to prepare, slice and print a model.
- Keep your account credentials private and do not share access.
- Comply with applicable local laws and restrictions.
- Do not use automation to scrape the Site, bypass limits or download files in bulk.
7. Intellectual Property
Third-party names, characters, franchises and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Rights holders may report disputed material under our DMCA/IP Policy.
8. Agreement at Checkout
Before payment, you must agree to these Terms and separately confirm that you request immediate digital access and understand the change-of-mind refund restriction once access begins. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
