DMCA and Intellectual Property Policy

Effective date: August 6, 2026

3Dstuff respects intellectual-property rights and reviews sufficiently detailed notices concerning material available through 3Dstuff.pro. Email notices to support@3dstuff.pro with the subject “IP Notice”. This policy is a reporting procedure and does not constitute an admission that any particular law applies.

Copyright notice

A copyright notice should include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature and authority to act for the rights owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  3. The exact Site URL for each allegedly infringing item and enough information for us to locate it.
  4. Your name, organization, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Our response

We may request missing information, restrict access while reviewing a claim, remove material, notify the affected supplier or account holder, and take proportionate action against repeat infringers. We may forward the notice and contact details to the person responsible for the material or otherwise disclose them where reasonably necessary to process the claim or comply with law.

Counter-notice

If material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, an affected person may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its prior URL; stating under penalty of perjury where applicable that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; providing their name, address, telephone number and signature; and including any consent-to-jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law. We may forward the counter-notice to the claimant and restore material only when legally permitted.

Trademark, likeness and other rights

For trademark, design, publicity, likeness or other IP concerns, email the same address and identify the right, registration details if any, exact URLs, your authority, the basis of the claim and the requested action. Knowingly false or materially misleading notices may create liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice.
