Refund Policy

3Dstuff.pro provides immediate, time-limited access to digital 3D model files. Access passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
All Sales Final After Digital Delivery Begins
All sales become final once digital access has been activated or any file has been downloaded. We do not provide change-of-mind refunds after digital delivery begins, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds Are Not Provided For
- Mistaken purchases or change of mind.
- Unused access time or failure to use a pass before expiration.
- Selection of an unsuitable access plan.
- Reaching a clearly disclosed daily download limit.
- File incompatibility with the customer’s printer, hardware or software.
- Unsatisfactory results caused by printer settings, slicing, materials or user error.
- Account restriction resulting from sharing, redistribution, automation or another material breach of the Terms.
When a Refund May Be Available
Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, payment was completed but access was not delivered and we cannot restore it, or the supplied digital content has a material defect that we cannot correct. Nothing in this Policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Requesting Assistance
Email support@3dstuff.pro with your account email, order number and a description of the issue. Do not send complete card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
